Saule Rachmedova Merit Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ballerina Saule Rachmedova was awarded the title of Miss Almaty in 1988, and Miss Kazakhstan in 1989. In 1999 she became a soloist with the New Jersey Ballet Company. Ms. Rachmedova has performed leading roles in ballets such as Swan Lake, Carmen, and works by Balanchine, George Tomal, A.Koja, Ginger, and many others.
Ordabek Duissen Ordabek Duissen is a prizewinner of numerous international competitions. He has participated in various international music festivals and competitions. He toured and performed in many countries including Republic of Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, France, Austria, Great Britain, South Korea and throughout USA. Ordabek received Meadows full scholarship and Meadows award to continue his study at the Southern Methodist University, Meadows School of the Arts in Dallas.
Alia Alhan Pianist, Alia Alhan, has performed at the Carnegie Hall Isaac Stern Auditorium, Merkin Concert Hall, Allen Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center, CAMI Hall (Columbia Artists Management, Inc), and Tolstoy Foundation. Ms. Alhan traveled on international cultural exchange concert tours to the Italy, Philippines, Mali, Upper Volta and Singapore.
Arman Alpyspaev
Violist, Arman Alpyspaev, studied at the Moscow Conservatory with Yuri Bashmet. As a winner of a Regional String Competition he made his debut with the Symphony orchestra in 1989. Graduate of Juilliard School and Manhattan School of Music, virtuoso master of Viola. Concert tours abroad in many countries including Italy, Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Almas Serkebaev
Distinguished composer of the Republic of Kazakhstan, son of the legendary Baritone Opera singer Yermek Serkebaev. Author of the Ballets "My Maugli" and "Aqsaq-Qulan", opera "Tomiris", staged at the State Opera Theater in Almaty. Almas Serkebaev wrote many outstanding compositions and Concertos for Piano and orchestra.
